I was shown several places and immediately decided on one to put an offer in on which was accepted over the others all because of Janelle. Janelle was very knowledgeable of multiple Miami neighborhoods and could speak to what it would be like to live in each one. Her knowledge of county government was also very helpful. She also had a great way of helping us talk through the pros of cons of the properties were toured. She was very responsive. She quickly answered our questions and coordinated multiple showings for a couple of months. She helped us put in offers and was especially considerate of our unique needs, and did not try to talk us into anything we were interested in. The coordination of our closing was also organized and the people at her firm scheduled out all our tasks and sent reminders, which was very helpful.
