Giving back - Contribute to the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Patrick in Miami Beach to provide a thanksgiving meal for a family in need. I had the gift & joy of serving at their Annual Thanksgiving Lunch with my mom.

1 FINAL THOUGHT

Real Talk - Lincoln Road revival: Since I was a third grader taking lessons at Miami City Ballet on Lincoln Road, there is nothing I love more than strolling up & down Lincoln Rd (and Spris Pizza). I lament the vacant shop windows and closed restaurants. GOOD NEWS IS FINALLY HERE! Landlords are easing on rents. This week, I read that Comras (Commercial Real Estate) is buying Lincoln Road retail portfolio (11 parcels). Want to hear more about this? I’ll be posting a video soon or call me. I’m always up for a healthy chat.
